How Many People Are Considered a Group?
Eight or more people receiving any package combination (multiple services, either standard packages or a la carte) are considered a group.
What is Required to Hold Time Slots for a Group Event?
A 50% deposit and a credit card number are required to secure all appointments booked to schedule a group event.
What is the Group Cancellation Policy?
The deposit is refundable if an event is canceled at least 30 days in advance of the event. Any service(s) not canceled at least 30 days before the scheduled appointment time and no-shows will be charged the full-service price to the credit card on file used to secure appointments.
